Either none dropped it or simply no luck with it. It took me quite a while to find a seller for Hex spellbook, even tho the zone where it drops is always crowded, especially at the beginning (sea of spores)...prolly the few sellers are able to give it away really fast since tanks are not so many but they still need quite some books. And i'm pretty sure that i was that book in town a few times, but i'm in blue server, no clue about you.
