Atm it's impossible to enchant the pendants someone got from the lottery If you look for my posts in here i've already linked the ncwest promo as well as the sheet with all the bonuses you can get from the various enchanting lvls To me Innova will unleash the pendants this week after the next manteinance also because it's the most profitable event for them. All in all i get the enchanting bonus effects but i still don't get why an experienced player like somesay on l2 essence ru enchanted to +7 a dragon pendant lvl 1 totally ignoring the benefits of a dragon pendant lvl 2 or 3 I mean a dragon pendant lvl 2 +7 should be 1000 times more powerful that a dragon pendant +7 lvl 1 but somesay totally ignored that option and I really don't understand why. I hope some ru guy will help us on this one cuz i won't do a guide for those pendants for sure.

Also looking better to the in-game description of the dragon pendant lvl 3 we can get from the lottery it looks like the ones which we can get from classic skelth [eg. max oe +5 with varnishes] and not like the ones which were sold on l2 essence ru [eg. max oe +10 with polishes], so atm it's a big WHO KNOWS
