I don't know how much each enchantment increases weapon damage by%, and via LCoin we can buy Weapon B (E for +4 securely) or a C Weapon (+7), which weapon would be the best? Final damage? Cost benefit?

Stick with the +16 ng With the next update the basic free gear will be a c grade armor +4 and a weapon c grade +7 from the l2store we will be able to buy a pack and inside it there's a coupon for a b weapon +8 of your choice or if you prefer a b +8 for 4 € Thank me because you, and the others, have saved a ton of real money you can now invest in lvling I suggest you to go play on ru servers untill they will upload the update in here because atm it's a total waste of time [exp in here max + 200% while in there max + 456%] and money. Let them starve like they made us starving.
Log in on any of the four russian l2 essence servers they still got it the account it's the same just download their client and google for the way to play on there

Stop spreading false info. It's the same as here. The bonus that you see on RU in the bottom left corner includes SG bonus. 200% Sayha Blessing, 200% Sayha Storm (300% for Gust), Cakes, Clan buffs etc. You can easily get the same here as on RU.
it seems that B-A grade weapons get more shoulshot bonuses compared to lower grades in this version of L2. that's also why only few people if nobody at all try to OE C grade weapons, it's simply not worth it. a top B weapon from the L-coins store enchanted to +4 can probably deal more damage in the long run compared to a C +7, but i could be wrong. the top B also costs around 20€ in total without including EWBs, while the C grade +7 should be around 10€ if i'm not mistaken. basicly, if you want the "discount" version, get the C +7. otherwise, top B +4. or just wait for the next patch, and see what's available in the webshop/L-coins store.
