Istina bug

it won't help, i failed(crash) istina yesterday, pitty

so we need to wait for a patch :/

 

it's not vitality, just +30% exp/sp from cat buff and 100% exp from tersi's herald (tersi doesn't stack with nevit)

istina problems "part two":

today (second istina on tauti):
- no critical error as first time on tauti [pls see previous post in this thread - critical error when killing istina and running movie before balista] (i deleted system folder and fixed game - but i dont think it was the thing). a lot of ppl which not had any critical error for the first time - had it this time...
- no xp gain after killing istina (i was not too far - i play with tyrr warrior, so in my interrest is to be as close as i can). for the first time ppl which survived to kill balista, did get xp... so im on -xp two times. also all 6 ppl that survived this critical error - did not receive any xp.
- after killing istina only 6 ppl did not had critical error (3 ppl for each party in command channel)
- istina still (like always) sometimes does not cast colours (cannot see authority change), colours are changing and all of the party have debuffs.

problem of critical errors can be also seen at spezion site (at the entrance to the last possible room in which we can find spezion - at the beggining of movie).
it is weird that i had critical error on spezion today and on istina i did not had.

we can see a reproducibility of this problem.

innova pls give us some statement how u gonna react in this case, especially how to compensate us, our loss.

ps. hope this post is not a flood for you and contains necessary information's about this problem.

i think tha innova dont care about people playing thats why many people quit the server.
the only things that is saying is about the rules on forum.
get real innova and care about people paying u doing your job wrong

tell what we have to do , 2 times no xp no drops , 2 times paying for nevit and runes for nothing . what about that money ? give answers not forum rules

 

first of all have some respect, the forum moderators work only on the forum so if they are reminding you about rules, thats their job to. secondly it is not their job to fix bugs, thats down to ncsoft korea.

on a side note, if you have already had a problem with criticals in an instance and have seen the reported issue here, why then would you go and buy more pots before a fix has been made? continued purchases of potions for an instance with a known bug will not be compensated for.

the staff may consider compensating for the first purchase via tickets at support yet this is not 100% guaranteed at this time, yet no one stops you from asking them.

@bonesowy, thankyou for giving a good example of a bug report, as has been said it is a known issue and we await a fix for it.
