Please Help Me!

    Hello guys! I'm HawkEye lvl 75 and today I did one big mistake! I leveled my Pain of Sagittarius to max level, and now my HP Regen is not higher enough to maintain my HP. For ex. before with Paint of Sagittarius lvl 3 I was farming continously with no problem for MP and HP, but now I upgraded it by mistake to lvl 5 and my HP is lowering to much. Anyone who can help me? I can't create macro to use Pain of Sagi with a bigger delay..what I can do?

    Add yourself items that gives MP, HP regen.

    Like talismans, like set +6 , or even ISS rune.

    it will not help, cuz he spamming pain in afk, i think

    Yes it is true, spamming Pain lvl 3 in afk makes my HP and MP be full all the time.
