Dual box new problems

Dual box isnt fixed how it suppose to be.

Open Account #A
Open Account #B

I close Account #B to log Account #C - GAME FREEZE at server selection.

You need to close Account #A to log second game Account #C. Then you can open Account #A and Account #C.

Later when you want switch back again you need to close Account #A.


Why I need to close 1st window game to run 2nd? Its annoying.

Account #A do 2h PI zone and if i close it i loose 10k.

Still its better to have dualbox like this than no dual box. Can we expect some little compensation for no dual box 1,5month or only: "Sorry for the inconvenience."? RU servers got some dandy bufffs?

Hiya, also, there's a new bug where once you have died in Transcendent and port out, you can port back in but now, you can't stay in there, the minute stays & you are eventually ported back out of the instance zone,

I am taking it this is to do with dualbox update also because it seemed to work perfectly earlier & you could re-port back in there & finish it off...?

Hei, I cannot confirm the bug, I've died this morning several times on box window A (see legend in 1st post) and I had no problems to reenter.
It could have been a temporary glitch.

 

@RandomPlayer, we've already got something - a dualbox. (= I have no idea what makes you think that Russian players got anything.

@Scarecrow, no, the European community is as important as the Russian community.

@GunBuk, this has nothing to do with the dual box. I guess, your character was dead too long.

And we had no dual box for 1,5 months. Some players bought weapon pack, 30 day SG rune and wasn't able to full use it.

Patience is a virtue, they will update us surely when it is fixed or what not, just wait & expect it.

Also, does anybody know if Servitor Recharge does not work for other classes or is it just a Summoners class skill? Not working really on Necromancer (Lv6 Servitor Recharge) only heal works & buff

 

Man im playing here since day 1 . Believe me if you dont constantly push them, u wont get single information. There were many cases where we got info about changes 2 days after they were implemented.

Regarding recharge , your skill is too low level compared to the pet level thats why it doesnt recharge anything,unlike heal which you are learning until higher levels.

Only Cat/Pony/Delf are having recharge .

Literally every single other game i played gave players "sorry gift" for a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay lot less than 2 freaking months of broken promise

 

RU servers unstable for a while get: SG pots x200, SS tickets x500, Scrolls XP+30 x100, 7 days SG potion + dandy buffs.
EU servers no dualbox 1,5 month get: - "Sorry for the inconvenience."

Later Community Manager says: "the European community is as important as the Russian community." XD

@RandomPlayer, this "sorry gift" was given for absolutely other reasons. So your example given above is inappropriate. If we had the same issue, we would get it.
As I said, we got the dual box. It happened later than we planned but it was released. There are no reasons for compensation.
