Aria-to-Core transfer on the 24.07.2012

we are happy to announce that aria-to-core transfer takes place tomorrow!


we would like to point out three major features related to the event:

1) castles' and fortresses' owners on aria will be reset today at 7:00 p.m. (gmt time)

2) unfortunately, clan skills cannot be transferred, therefore they will be restored upon a clan leader's request (please, contact our support team regarding this issue).

3) all ex-aria characters will receive their compensations during the next maintenance (31.07.12). in case of any mistakes with this part please contact us as soon as possible.

the first stage of aria-to-core transfer is done.

all players who have characters with nicknames like "player_aria", can change it upon a request to our support team.
you should use the "transfer: nickname change on core" category for such requests.

we have already found out that during the transfer all the alliances were disbanded. it's a pity but you will have to recreate them.

unfortunately, due to some technical issues there is no possibility to transfer aria hero character statuses.

 

dear members,

we faced some problems with clan names during the transfer. some clans have incorrect name visualization in the alt+n window (“clanname0†instead of “clannameâ€). in fact the name is without “0â€. this error will be fixed during the next maintenance on the 31st of july or earlier.

aria clans named coincidentally with core ones gained a “25†index after the transfer. clan leaders can change such names via request to our support team.

 

dear members,

after transfer and short maintenance today some players are having problems with olympic points. we are working on that and are planing to fix it till the next olympic fights start.
