hi, since 2016 i never were able to play for more than 2 months straight cos the state of the server ALWAYS SUX, that always made me quit, i even rage quit 4times when i broken and deleted all i had. TODAY I KNOW I WASNT ALONE, THAT HAPPEND TO MORE PPL. (support has the ticket where i complaing about your mismanagement about you guys saying one thing and few months later going back on your own words) But since last year i did play, ive been online at least 1 day per week or if not the entire week AND i dont know if i can say im concern or bothered by the fact that YOUR player number is MUCH WORSE now than back then, when I was unable to enjoy the game cos it SUX HARD. since last year Ive met like 100+ new players that already quit before xmass last year and some new this year that already quit cos ur BS "dragon weapon" promo, roflmao what a promo, what a promo, jesus what a marvelous promo. time after time your guys are getting all wrong, aiming for 20% that buys whatever **** you throw on their mouths and putting rest of the players aside. (i think, that you think this is good for you, that they come, pay something and move away) THE ODDS OF EVERY PROMO BOX ARE RIGGED. i had to open 10.000+ Ultimate Jewelry Box to get 2 "la vie en rose magnificent brooch jewel" and you support told me it was "bad lucky" ROFLMAO You can say its the koreans, BUT I DONT BUY IT. some of your game items have the price of cellphones, tvs, video cards, consoles. THIS IS NONSENSE! atm your game is pure garbage and it in fact didnt died cos of the item black market you created and pretend that dont exist. so the goal is to make everyone besides the "20%" stop playing?

My question is still on the table...Why would anyone spend a lot of money for something that dont use/need? I smell a lot of BS in your original post.
