How is it possible make a Weapon +12

    Hello togehter,

    I have seen many shops in pronter which sells weapon and armor with more than +10
    Can someone me explain who they make this?

    The chance is so low, did they try it 1000 times? Or is there items which higher the chance in the cach shop or any where?
