Olympic Marathon

hmm... i finished it too, but... last checkpoint i've been to was the one in school of dark arts. so i had all keys and i used soe. it teleported me to dark elven village, but there's no peace zone so i teleported via gatekeeper to gludio and then i send mail with keys. am i ******ed and disqualified? :d i'm asking because rules given above are not clear on this matter.

anyway i had a great time participating in this event

 

no your ok xd about my tp i checked it again and even that it says near elven village it ports you to d. elven village

 

well in the conditions it states:

dark elf village is the nearest town from your location so porting away before making the final step in the event is a breach of the rules.

the winners will be announced tomorrow after full checks have been made and final confirmation of the legitimate winners.

that's the point, it was the nearest village, but it's not possible to send mails there because there is no peace zone. tricky, huh? :d

 

same to me last loc was orc village which isnt a peace zone so i ported to gludio to send all 8 keys.

 

ha! good point, ill make sure this is put in for consideration whilst they do the log checks.

 

for the same reason i have chosen gludin as my last checkpoint, just to avoid this

its quite "poor" reward for 2h running around whole map...

 

maybe give us normal event like dracos / summer squash not this **** 2 hour event / month ..... (we alaways write this but we never get answer from gms why they cant implement..)

well i had the same situation but i run to gludio instead of soe and port o_o
btw i had an issue, i missclicked soe because of lag so i click on a soe to ch instead of a regular one, but i canceled it on time and redo a regular soe.
am i desqualified?

can you please make an event for retail server!! not this l2j wannabe ones, plz this kind of events only work on servers that have 40 people population... this is not serious, make an event for the whoooooooole comunity!!

look at that. the only good rewards are unbind scrolls, bear, bewr and superior gcs. you still think that it won't affect server economy? all events affect it, so pls stop cry that our events are just piece of ****. marathon event was event for whole server. everybody could join it, but not everybody wanted. draco blessing is for levels 85-90, so it's useless.

and the last thing. servers are not running for free. nobody forces you to buy items from store or pa. i'm playing without pa and any l2store benefits and i'm happy. if you say that our server is f**ked and it's f2p, but pay 2 win, then check it out: http://www.lineage2.com/en/elemental-shirts-of-the-gods/
