Items dissapearing

    hello, 3 weeks ago after simple restart of game lance [ not bounded] was dissapeared from my inventor. yesterday i just was in city, and bounded talum glaive health +4 was dissapeared whats heppening?
    i am not unfortunating that items, but whats then when weapons r95 - r99 will dissapear?

    p.s.
    i checked my pet, my clan warehouse, warehouse, shop, aucion. no items in those places.

    you should write a ticket to support
    and give them full details and any supporting screens if you have them.
