Nobless from Territory War badges after GoD Tauti update

hi,
after update to tauti many things are different, i wanna ask about territory war badges. before update u can exchange 100 tw badges for nobless status, where or "can we still" make it now ? couse i found some "little one funny guy" near gk, and he can exchange tw badges but only for items... there is no options to take nobless status...

 

that is correct, the old noblesse quest was removed with the tauti update. before the tauti update everyone had notice of the last tw's being held for them to finish their noblesse quests. after the tauti update any remaining badges can be exchanged at the news informer npc for items for the limited time that he is in game.

soo... now if u wanna get nobless:
1. make lvl 75 on main
2. take subclass
3. xp subclass to lvl 75
4. make quest to nobless with your subclass
this is only way ?

 

as of tauti, yes this is the only way.
