Game stuck when world appears

hey guys i've got a problem ...|
i login into game without any problems... but when i select my char... and it enters the world... it kinda gets wierd...
i can move the camera.... view my inventory and other menus...
but the npc's dont appear.... i see no players... and i cant move...

i've tried to restart my router... restarted my pc... loged out of the account... and still.. nothing works...

any idea on what to do???

the thing i forgot to mention is that i already played on the server today..
i logged out... and when i got back after a few hours.... it stopped working for me...

so i guess the drivers are fine....

 

maybe you deloged in a weird area?
what if you create another character?

created a new char... and that fixed it....

because most of us who can't connect or run game can't test game. (lol.. that my answer sounded silly~ :d)

i hope 'no video' fix will come up soon. q__q
