Play button --> Nothing happens

there's plenty of threads about the criticals or "no video" issue but this one is very common aswell. everything seems to be fine but when i click "play" at the web simply nothing happens, not an error, not a failed launch, simply nothing at all.


os: windows xp sp2 32 bits
info: i can play both 4game ru and ncwest but not here.
browser: mozilla firefox
av: eset smart security (tryed disablind it, nothing changes)

possible solution: create a new account, it worked for me and many other people.

 

i have the same problem also.

info: i can play all servers with no problem
browser: mozilla firefox / chrome
av: no av installed.

try update directx and video drivers then. reboot.

 

got the latest directx for winxp and my drivers are all up to date , i also tried to remove/reinstal net framework 4 ,ms visual , 4game launcher countless time already , rebooting each time i uninstal something of course.
nothing worked so far.

i run game for the first time and all is going to be fine i closed game and i try run it again and i have same problem like all of u, faak :d i love that 4game application and service :d!! <3 u guys

 

i think the reason for this is frost program, its getting crashed or stopped working properly.

 

im in again, i turned of my avast antivirus, works preety good

ps : dunno why , but if i try with another account i can lauch the game and i get the "no video" error.

 

when they would fix that error with "no video"? opening is planned for 7 decemeber, while still there are problems with that... i cant play since yesterday...
