Mentor and mentee penalty

there is one disturbing thing going on now and i wanted to describe it here on forum to let people know.

when mentor have a mentee and he abandon his mentor, mentor gets 7 days penalty and during that period he cannot add new mentees. at the same time mentee gets no penalty and he is looking for new mentor without any problem. this is insane and not fair! people are creating 1st lvl characters and doing this procedure all the time. it should be stopped!

in my opinion, there should be 1 week penalty for that one who leaves his mentor/mentee and 1 day penalty for the other one. this seems to be fair and it would prevent changing mentor all the time and giving him penalty with no reason, at least for people who are playing and want to have mentee exp bonus and buffs.

now when you are not in game for 1 hour your are worried that your mentee can leave you and get new mentor.

and also strange is that when your mentee gets 86 lvl and finish... mentor get 7 days penalty :<
