Falcon transformation at Aden Continent

    today i logg into game and i apeard in gludio wh at falcon transformatin. i tryed to remove transformation and the i apeard up town. i couldn't remove transformation (i was to high, even i was at mountain). i flown to gludio airship, and i tried to remove transf- i couldnt, then i tried to fly to kacerus aliance base- i coldnt. i made restart and? a couldnt board aiship.
    plz make sth with that as fast as u can.
