    i am rly not happy what they plan to do with bound items ...
    nowe we need collect r99 scrolls unbind to change bound into nromal ones because they will disapear ...
    they should give each player scrolls to unbind the bounded ...

    i dont understand much that changes.
    ppl who own bound items will have access to a permanent unbind for free? (i guess it will be a npc).
    the price of a and s grade equipment in luxury shop will be increased due the elimination of the unidentifieds?? and the lower grade unidentified items in the other shops??
    equipment in raids bosses and normal drop will be harder to get to promote the crafting?
    and when will you apply this new update??
    those are my main concerns.
    in my opinion the information of this new update is too incomplete.

    this thread is useless...
    after 85 there is no such thing as dwarf... cause it becomes othel/tyrr...
    so whats the diference?...
    if u gona make everything from craft, so change my class for dwarf, i knew what is happening and its not here only (in koreya/ncwest) is the same isue, and it must be like this... if u make everything just from craft (wery low drop chance) daggers will be richest ppl, they can go solo spoiling every thing.. just hit spoil+retrieve and then hide... whats the point?.. its total waste of time by crafting...
    dorfs still make more money than others by crafting ssr/bssr/bsss/sss
    i tried it in 1 day it was 100kk+ (only profit (profit = earned money - materials costs)
    i dont think that other ppl make more than that, cause if u go with 7 ppl for example all drop devides for 7 (count like this 5-6 daily instances = max 10 drops (some of them is worthless 5-6kk, some 10-15kk, maybe 1 gun 50kk-100kk, and wery low chance 1 gun 200kk) so u get 300kk from all that, if constant party goes they can make agreement to sell all and share money, but if u go with randoms so 1 random gets 200 kk, other 10-30.. its normal
    as i told no one makes more money like warsmiths
    to eliminate bound items, u must convert all items that are bound to full, or provide unbind scrolls, but again u must do some kind term (like 1 month to unbind them if not they will be deleted) and after deletion of bound items u must change unbinds scrolls specification to make it blessed (in more chance than it was) cause it will become worthless, and i know not 1 person who keeps 5-6 scrolls till they need to use it...

    u must do wipe or smth like that.. cause there are ppl who already have high equip dont need to worry, but low lvl ppl need to worry cause they will need to craft all that...

    imho now system is good, if you play/farm you will have your items, if not, then it's your problem... ofc they could fix craft to use small amount of materials like it used to be...

    i also think the system that we have now is 10 times better than the old craft/spoil torture. lets be honest - who here really liked/enjoyed crafting and spoiling? who loved to make alt dwarves and endlessly downlvl them to make your gear? do not even mention how u felt when you failed crafting stuff.
    i, for one, enjoy, that you can craft now only if you want to and that you can gain gear by raids and instances. it's fun and a lot more enjoyable than crafting or spoiling ever was, because i can do it with my cp/clan/friends and there is no pressure, because no1 knows what will drop from mob a, b or c. after the raids, random loot will decide who gets lucky and it's fair to everyone. no need to make a dwarf alt.

    now when it comes to problems in the market i only see one. the problem is most classes want to go for heavy sets, and that should be changed. it isn't fair feoh can get their sets hundreds of millions cheaper than tanks, who have to share heavy with many other classes. there should be incentive for same amount of classes to go for same amount of sets: robe, light and heavy.

    another problem is that you cannot choose anymore if your othell or tyrr used to be a dwarf or not. if crafting would suddenly become the major way to get your gear the ppl of core would suddenly have a high demand of gear and low supply (because there just arent almost any dwarves since in the start of god it wasnt neccessary to be a dwarf, you could be any race and it didnt matter what u picked), people would run around gearless, and that is something that would affect low lvls because lvl 95-99 already had their gear anyways.

    bound items do not really cause a problem, many online games have a similar system. perhaps blessed and normal items could be more common (now its too hard to get a low grade blessed set), but it is actually nice, how the market now works. the lowbies can very easily obtain immortal sets, and they dont need to make 10 alts just to get their first r-grade at 85.

    keep the current system as it is!!!!

    and estemy, i always loved crafting, and i always had friends, clan, hired spoiler, market, ah to get the needed mats.
    yeah, i always loved and will love the oldschool craft system.

    remove bound items is the best thing,hands down.
    too late,imho,cuz with this system through god update they horribly dumbed the game down .
    everyone with gaming experience would've predicted the outcome,as it generated an insane amount of worthless unsellable junk,where the unbind scrolls were harder to get than the gear you wanted to unbind (stupidly did it on my seraph set,buahahah) and the market lived out only of elemental crystals and new unidentified items.
    that said,everyone a little dedicated and knowledged will just unbind their 120x3 gear and go ahead,the others deserve,rightly,to loose gear they got without any effort,the funniest part i think is that now who owns unbound items or unbinding scrolls has the "market win" button.
    looking further,massive drama incoming on l2 community. :d

    i will skip my comments on the new changes planned,but the only thing i want to ask is why you dont give any terms for this to be applied or any date whn it will be applied,ofc if its not just a quick research of the people's opinion? is this update only like add-on on god (before glory days) or something in the far future? :) ty,regards

    current system is good. i'm on that side lower the amount of needed items to craft also easier to get materials. other thing is to make easier to get unbind scrolls or if you are 5 levels more or something far from low r, top r, r95 etc. give an option to change sets, jewels, weapons to normal one so you can sell them to players or trade instead of selling to the grocery or just crystalise or taking place in wh or inventory. and also i don't think that was the best idea to get items by spoiling before the mob dies.

    i'm glad ... yeah, bring in the game a new, simple(*) and good crafting system ... and improve the manor system too.

    (*) with simple i don't mean easy too.

    get rid of the bound items, they a pain in the backside
    please do not just crystalize every bound item o.o
    that would pretty much leave my chars with nothing
    and crystal prizes would just crash into nothing so that getting money from seeling crystals would be impossible
    bring crafting back, make the items u get a reward again, and not a "pick it up on the side of the road"
    this game has been made way too easy :)

    imo with crafting it should be like this : recipes 60 % easy to get and less items required to craft , recipes 100 % (available normally in game) hard to get and more items needed i think it's fair enough :) but it's just an idea.

    this is best news since i've seen god first time. what i disliked in that moment, was totally unnecesary materials which most of players were just selling in grocery. this was ruining one of best lineage's advantage over the other mmo games - crafting. common items introduced before bounds were cool - the could be sold and traded so items circulations was fine, they could be also crystalized and way to obtain them was significantly higher than full items. commons were relatively cheap, but the couldn't be enchanted and no special ability was available. that was like a low grade item which could be used when you don't have a lot of money. commons were useful. after that, bound items have been launched which, in my opinion, ruined this game - no crafting besides some crappy bracelets, shirts and belts were necessary and used. all have been set up for fast lvling up which is in my opinion not necessary. why to get highest lvl fast and wait for new chronicle? much better was when on c5/c6 you had 70lvl and still in c/b grade. weaker equipement were slowing lvling up and this was, in my opinion, a good thing.

    reasumming, i am very happy to read, that l2 is backing to old good times when craft was essential part of this game there were a true rich market and economy in the game. i am also happy to read the poll, which says that 45% of players agree with me. good work producers! keep it going! lineage should not be another easy money-collector. it should be an outstanding game with rich options to get money and play.

    no grade to s80 grade: only bound items cheap and easy to get (no crafting)
    r-r99: no bound items. only full and blessed. raids drops full items (epic drop blessed) normal monsters drop item to craft, but crafting should be equilibrated it should take the same effort to craft an item than it is to drop it from a raid.

    hello ,

    i vote for "bound items elimination" as first change.
    crafting and "disbalance rewords" is the second.
    spoil is for spoilers as craftind is for crafter ... daggers with spoil :(. (my main is aw so i dont cry as a spoiler )
    speaking of aw ... now is othel rogue ?! where is the fun ? all daggers and all clases are just a few ? make 34+ classes back (and "yes" now im qq-ing ) ! or at least some differences (not some race passives).

    what i want to say next is a big gratz for innova team ! i like what u did and i speak here about 2 thinks :

    1 - the game is ftp for 1 box ! (dont change that i still have friends on nc server and are qq about the bots .. a real problem - they ban --->bots make new chars and so on).

    2 - if the game is 100% free the owners will be forced (like nc-soft servers) to sell for dolars ig items like shirt with all kind of bonuses or other items with big bonus.

    ps. first : i'm sorry for my pure english :(.
    second : i play this game since 2005 only on official servers (teon , frantz , luna , naia , aria and now core) and please keep it alive :)
