    i have some questions:
    how long will the event?
    is there a maximum of pjs you can create in your account to transfer you the nevit's rune?

    it's a feature not an event. it will last forever. you can create max 7 chars / acc.

    as syzgod correctly stated, this is a permanant feature and not an event so there is no "end date" for it.
