Can't download the new application

4game install isue

hello, i have problem with this new update. i can download new 4game client. i install it, and it keeps asking for permision i press ok. another message pops up with same story that need permision. after some time microsoft windows message came up saying that 4game client has stoped working.so i tried firefox opened 4game site, there was no play button or install, only extend your game play or whatever that was.. so i pressed ctrl+f5.. same story 4game client trieing to lounch and asking me for permission. after mb 20 time he asked me for permision it crushed, and same micrsoft windows message came up saying that 4game client stopped working. other problems i have after installation. my mouse has stopped working. i cannot cleanup my disk. laptop works extremly slow. i got windows vista operating system.

have tried to restart my laptop. reinstal 4game appliciation. used google chrome, firefox.

 

and forgot message after it crushes is about "data execution preventation" so its some sort of security.

as for the 4game program getting freeze - maybe you have conflict with some other program on your computer or with antyvirus/firewall. if it disables program, usually you see frozen window.

 

i dont use antivirus as my windows got security i dont realy need one.(its impossible to disable it) my firewall is off. i will trie tips from above. thank you

 

can't connect to server.

dear players and staff, i'm wondering if only me have this problem, but after todays maintenance i can't log in to the server. there is no button of "update" or "play" in site

i tried all ways. it did not help me. it keeps poping up asking for permission nothing else...

forum staff cannot help as log files that are required to isolate issues with the application are of private nature and not for public view which is why you have all been instructed to contact support today.

as with all support systems within any company, it can take up to 24 hours for tickets to be actioned, bear in mind also that because of the new application there are more tickets then usual for staff to go through and each ticket is in a queue, staff will get to each ticket as soon as they can but they are human

different pepole are experiencing different issues and computer setup can also differ between users therefore you should contact support yourself with your personal logs as they will not be the same as another users and the fix for them could do more damage to your system.

if you get dep message you can try this:

data execution prevention (dep) is a security feature included in modern operating systems. dep is intended to prevent an application or service from executing code from a non-executable memory region.
a. click the start button, right-click computer, and then click properties.
choose advanced system settings line on the left side of the window.

b. select advanced tab, find performance field and click settings

c. select data execution prevention tab and tick turn on dep for all programs and services expect those i select line. click add

d. add to exclusions 4game apllications (4game launcher, 4game-service,4gameupdater,4game-tray)

 

epicka friend of mine have same problem hes using vista. another thing i read requirments it only says windows operating system 7. so they new that vista, prob xp users will not be able to play it

its says u cannot turn of dep for this program

 

tried to do it before but it wont let you to add these 4game programs there =)

link to updater: https://scdn.inn.ru/installer/v2/4game_setup-en.exe (taken from the 'accept and install'-popup). sure this link will get deleted but if you can't download the file like i could not: nothing happened when clicked the button.
