Can't download the new application

wtf? problem with login

so i just clicked update update started any damn window of 4game showed i clicked next next it shutted down the computer after i restart it

kaboom game was deleted, over 1200 screenshots videos blabla /whatever for this one/
and now it downloading game from the start.

before that it didnt let me log in even if i cleaned every **** of that computer with ccleaner so any suggestions?

in my case, after 4game update i got 6gb update but i just realise it was not an update... game was deleted because there are no screenshots and videos...

 

yes same ..... just 3 ppl from my cp logged to ts and all they have same problem thousand of screenshots deleted videos etc. gz innova u fail as always

seems it deletes everything in 4game launcher folder, so if you keep your game/other files, gl to you! my hdd is so empty now

 

normally other companies want their games to stay installed... i don't understand this !

so we have just another day off because off some nice "update"? why no one is checking this **** and after atlest 10hours of getting you know that this app is bugged is still there to download why nothing happen to that? this app is not just blocking our access to l2, 170errors in 2 min is blocking whole pc guys do something with that

 

why can't we go back to the old version?it worked...

lol i download the new program and my firefox browser is freeze all the time when i go to eu.4game.com/lineage2/play and don't have play button that 4 game program keeps restarting every time in the processes what the hell is this ?

using firefox or ie i get an empty dialogue after logging in. there is no option to play or update.
using chrome i do get a dialogue, but it says "you need to update the 4game application

this would mean that i would have to re-download and re-install the whole game ?
my existing installation has not disappeared, likely because i didn't install from scratch again.
i will wait until we receive an official response from innova before i do anything at all.

copy ur screens videos if u have someting decent before install any of sh1ts of innova if u dont wanna be dissapointed as us

 

i think every time you update the client 4game tray, the company requested additional staff to support lol

again guys, any issues involving the new 4game application should be sent via support, forum staff can not deal with the issues as the logs needed are not for public view, spamming the entire forum with more and more threads will just end in thread closure and deletion and further penalties could be applied.

i understand it is the support staff's job to answer support tickets,
but what is the purpose of a technical discussion forum when you are

deepblue at least i'm already in touch with support, but he have not been able to solve the problem and apparently is affecting a lot of users and i fear that support capacities exceeded.

so i managed to download the application (disable firewall - downloaded - enabled firewall). before u install the new version make sure u don't have the game files in the same folder as 4game application (i have 4game in program files and game files in another partition). if u have it in same forder as 4game just copy the folder lineageii eu to another partition. when u start the instalation will ask u to unistall the old version, do it and after just install the new one. if restart is required.. do it. launch the 4game site, if u don't see the play button just press ctrl+f5, u should see it after. like this worked for me. good luck.

hello. actually, what yankki provided here helped me. i have uninstalled the 4game application and opened the link he/she provided. 4game site is somewhat bugged, but the link from yankki worked (at least for me). it was downloaded, then i just updated the app and now i am in-game. hope you'll have your problems fixed.
