Can't download the new application

i have the same problem and no answer from support

 

vista x64 have problems, after installing launcher it fails to redirect to webpage...
like in this screen: http://i48.tinypic.com/k4tvex.jpg + million errors with seeing 4game client services stopped.

i use vista.
no play button and error messages ....
maybe a correcting patch would be .... usefull ? ...

and i just realize that .... whaouuuu how cool ..... all the game is deleted !!!!

can you try your patch before put them live ?
i download update, then it says there is an update available, i try to download it but i can't.
i use firefox.
i'll try with chrome

edit: it worked with chrome, once i was logged on website. now i can play with my firefox.

 

solution

1) uninstall the 4game tray add and remove programs.
2) download and install https://scdn.inn.ru/installer/v2/lineage2eu_setup-en.exe
keep the path where you have installed the game and if you want the same route where you had before the 4game tray
3) now you can play.

this is not solution, as they can't open page with download/update client, or if they simply reg in page without launcher it is not showing any downloads/updates...

 

you can uninstall 4game tray, go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/install/ can download that same file, if you distrusts for me.

the problem are in update if you install 4game tray you can join the game.

if it comes to dep, try to distable it, well, its easy, and might help.
before you gonna do anything, read what is dep.
windows developers didn't made dep to just piss you off ;-)

start -> accessories -> command prompt (right click on it and run as an administrator)

then type

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx alwaysoff

after that, hit enter

if everything was done right, you should receive that message:

the operation completed successfully

then restart your pc.
after reboot, make sure if dep is off, again open command prompt and type:

if dep is off, you should get message like:

now try to install this app.

well, if you want to turn dep on, just open command prompt with admin rights again and type:

and ofc. reboot.

as a reminder, i dont have such problem with new application, this is just a wild guess, if it helps, ok, cool, if not, well, i was trying to make ur life easier

the solution is as simple as uninstall and install only 4game tray. (use lineage2eu_setup-en.exe)

u can see the file in url https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/install/ only if you uninstall 4game tray.

- ashampoo undeleter 1.0 (v. 1.0 is free). this is polish site, u just need to click on "pobierz program", and then w8 for installator (pl or eng language ins, more languages on official ashampoo website).
your files, game files and screenshot can be recovered quickly. my thousants of screenshot's back u just can't make new files on same folder\disc before recovery. if you installed new game in same game folder already, say bb to files.
