Can't download the new application

still have problem on vista:



4game app version is 2.0.0.86, but problem app 4game-servise.exe is still 2.0.0.84. please fix! on xp and 7 no problem, but can't change os - i play from office.

 

so then we could get some information about this situation?

with regards to the microsoft windows pop-up error, the developers have been contacted with regards to this issue so please bear with us whilst we wait for them to work on solving this issue.

for all other issues regarding the new 4game application please follow previous instructions and contact support and they will respond to your tickets as soon as they can.

i installed the entire game (both app and l2) in 2 pc , one desktop(win vista) and one laptop(win7). everything was done in the same way , i even used the same paths in both pcs.
in win7 it runs perfectly but in vista i receive errors and cannot see play button, therefore it is a matter of operating system.
the game cannot run in windows vista and yes i have already contacted support.

time passes and no solution

 

not everything can be fixed in 5 mins im afraid, please be patient, they are working on a fix for the issue and as soon as there is one there will be an announcement and if need be further instructions.

im soo despeoin innova make somthing what dont workfor all users now half of gamers cant play even if they pey for that.
i whont just gz all innova team for awesome ubdete ! after 5000 reinstal 4game service i have half game mising and still cant doo nothing. its not bether rolebuck old working 4game ubdeter and let those ppl play? i dont care its new or old i whont just play.

 

this is the second day i cant play l2 i done everything even did a full reinstall of my pc im just not getting that play butten how stupid is that thats 2 days of pa gone and thats only because i cant play it on vista

 

gess there is no help at all im not getting and awnsers from suport or here thats sad

 

it's not about fixing it in 5 minutes,it's about beta-testing before release an update or going back to a previous working release when half of the community can't play....

its better to browse forum when you encounter the problem instead of doing the same thing all over again. this kind of error has the biggest impact on the windows vistas' users and of course the current problem was not on purpose. instead of that, you could help to solve this issue - you can find informations here

 

instead of waiting pplz from community to give u access to their computers (some pplz are just not so happy with the idea that a stranger have full access on their computer) wouldn't it be easier and faster for u to install a windows vista on a machine and test live everything? seems is a general os problem, is not depending on computer configuration.

seams like the "4game service" its blocked by the firewall or port what its open whit 4 game service.
