Unseen mails

when i log in i see a message , that i have an unread message ,


i realla lokk forward to get taht mesage coz taht contains an s80 sett and i dint see that mesage on my mail box window and i cant read it , but i know i get it just cant read , same on my alternative char too , have a mesage that i have 1 onread mesage but cant read also,
on lower chars i checke di get all my mesages but those 2 i cant :s

i hop i can get my stuff from mail , help me pls

 

you should write a ticket to support so that the gm team can look into it for you, mails are working normally so its an isolated problem with your character and not a game bug.
