PA and dual boxing

i.ve searched the forum but i can.t find answer to my question.

1 - if i have pa with one account, the other (dual box) will have pa as well?
2 - how to dual box in the 1st place?

to launch the game in multiple windows please use additional accounts:
1) log in the game with your initial account (pa)
2) sign out on the main page (https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/)
3) sign in with you additional account
4) log in the game with your additional account
