Disconnected after ~1minute

hello guys,
so the problem is, i login, kill few mobs and i get disconnected from server after ~1minute. what could be the problem? or is it just my internet connection, which i'm sure it should be ok, since anything like that didn't happen in nc or pts servers.

 

please post it on technical section. there are already a lot of peoples having the same problem. thanks

 

sorry, somehow i thought it was only for pts server, nevermind, you can delete this thread now.
