GameGuard error

as my title say...i come from ncwest , i did the following for log in :

downloaded the 4.5mb file , started and downloaded the updates

made an account

downloaded the files (since gm's said i was able to avoid the full download , i just copy-pasted my ncwest folder and renamed it to "lineage2eu" , and instead of 6gb i downloaded just 500mb~)

but when i try to log in , it keep saying "game guard error , try running again after reboot , error 114" (sometimes 117)

i have microsoft essential as anti-virus , but i already put in ignore stuffs as the guide say...any help? x__x

 

for sure write ticket to gms, it is always better solution then write such things on forum, but ofc maybe some ppl know solution by any chance.

 

yup i was not sure how to do it , and tbh , i was waiting to see if someone in forum was able to answer , since i'll start playing (solo for now) tomorrow i was looking for some "fast help" , i hope i'll found out how to log in quickly , i'd really like to see this server with my own eyes
