cannot send/receive mails ingame

as topic says i cant send or receive mails ingame from any char or acount. allready tryed reinstall of client and problem still exist.
this message aprears allways when i am in peace zones tryed every town ingame "you cannot receive or send mail with attached items in non-peace zone regions"

pls if anyone has idea how to fix let me know, because this influes on my normal playing

well that's simply because you're not in peace zone. go to main towns like aden/giran and you will have no problem to send any mail.

since goddess destroyed the small towns, they aren't taken as peace villages.

nope, no karma + or -
i had this problem durring beta also

 

do that, go to out of town, kill one mob, return to town and try.

btw this is one from ingame bug which can be solve from this point of. i've made bymyself it few times.
