No menu in game

hello, my first problem was with white screen in game but i find solution on forum and now everthing is okej but i have a new problem-system menu is not working(damage text is not working too btw^^) i cant change anything. i try too use "alt+x" but nothing happens pls help and sry for my english i tried to reinstall the game but nothing has change
