    hello! adm and gm new passive skill duelist give false info : name skill superior dual sword mastery give 7% p.atk and additional 1190 , but my char is lvl 99 and have 5% p.atk:confused:

    hello,

    at what condition have you checked the skill? remember that 7% inscrease is always from base (active weapon) and disregards any additional buffs/passives or auras.
