you ask for patch notes which are being published a bit earlier than the update itself. since innova has not in their hands the erheia content you ask for something impossible. you can check other sites though.

over at ncwest they are already working on a translation. are you sure you guys haven't received the pre-update yet? as for the idea of "our content is not directly related to that of nc korea, so we cannot make any statements" - 99.9% of the update is equal, thus there is a strong enough correlation to take the patch notes of nc korea serious, at least, for any significant player.
@reckless, we are not ncwest, what they do is their own choice. we will not release any patch notes until we have the update released to us by korea, end of story closing this thread as its just going in a circle now lol
