Tyr Titan doubts...

tyrr titan is awesome for pve no character comes even close to dps titan can dish out on raids.
but yes most titans on core are braindead ,most pl's have standards so up their butt that they just want to get carried all the way to the loot and would rather go with 7 summoner setup than have full equip titan with 85 sk box and tauti blunt.

for everything else its a useless class and dagger/feoh can do it much better than titan even cc.
also this guy is everything that is wrong with tyrr community reading comprehension=0 ,usefulness in game for party also 0

unfortunately most people awaken dreadnoughts incorrectly. if you keep focus attack and thrill fight your single target damage with a spear is still greater than your single target damage with a 2 handed with focus on it. focus attack gives you 35% critical damage and thrill fight 10% attack speed. put that on top of aq and baium rings with a crit rate hate and your talking 65% critical damage with a moderate crit rate of about 280-320 depending on sub skills. not even really that expensive of a setup. if you wanted to go full out i would add a elegia light armor to it to bring your critical rate up to almost 500 and totally rock it. unfortunately with this you do loose berserkers spirit but if you aren't planning on pvping until 99 i would prefer to keep the other 2 skills for pve damage.

pve = thrill fight + focus attack = 10% attack speed & 35% crit damage (single target only)
pvp = berserkers spirit for 1 minute skill damage boost and resistance to debuffs.

there are not that many titans with 2 handed tauti blunts running around, and i'm guessing even fewer people who know about the true potential of a 85 unawaked sk. you do have a very valid point though, i have seen a titan with full equip critical hit antharas for over 1 million damage per swing which out damages a fully stacked summoner party easy at least for now, next update when summons get benefited with pve equipment from the master this might change, but that's a ways away.
i think the reason that most people would rather take summoners than tyrrs is summoners are more sustained damage than tyrrs. their damage over time is more constant and consistent that a titan trying to get into frenzy and waiting on the sk skill to refresh.

 

tyrr that doesnt pvp before 99, u might aswell delete char, you wil lbe useless either way cause u learn nothing and know nothing.

i think that summoner are rather pick is because they are able to deal an average dps and tank the rb's normal hits thanks to the pet, so less work for your healer and ofc being able to afk while spamming mark.

titans are really cool this update though summoners are very close to equal damage with proper setup.

 

well after seeing this video i doubt there any kinda class can do this kinda dmg in pve :d

 

i have seen summoner hitting for double of this guy dmg, this video is nothing special there is way stronger titans then this guy.

well ashes is different ashess probably the strongest player in lineage2 , nobody even close to him he is not human , but some alien :d

 

why is that, he didnt have all this items at this point. when he joined my cp in lindvior update he was still missing items.
atm he got everything and his dmg is insane with summoner he got even a titan which he kills extreme tauti in 7 minutes and normal tauti in 3 minutes.
it's all about setup and gear ofc.

 

without full buffs and at least what weapon he had, it doesn't mean much to show this >.<

but not every1 can get red pve weapon + crit dmg augument+16ap...

i have doubt what would make better dps.. red pve weapon or tauti + sos :/

 

pve retri with sos, best of both worlds, you get +100% crit dmg, high p atk and pve bonus

 

putting appart the video and the replyes,why the tyr is useless???? its not a jack of all trades char???? i see this comment in one of the new to our server threads.

 

tyr is useless cause people made him useless by playing other classes and taking to rb/instances something else
