change name ticket

i have made a name change ticket like 1 month ago and still nobody even answered there in the ticket about it.

i know that due to the amount of restore character tickets, mine has no priority but at the moment i am wondering if something is wrong there or if it is just delay.

i saw post about patri asking the same after 5 days passed since she made the ticket but cmon, i am waiting almost a month..

 

please tell me ticket id i will pass ask what's the problem
