i still don't get it, making lvl 99 100% means u may have acquired enough sp to get 15-16 ap w/e the chronicle no ?
when the chronicle with the ap came in, the sp amount was reduced 10x times of current sp u had at that time if i'm not mistaken.
not at all. for one xp can go up and down, sp can only go up. this means: if you are 20% at 99, then you pk some boxes at parnassus, lose some xp, go back to 0%, then later up to 20%. do you have same sp now as you had before? someone that rarely lost xp will not have same sp at 100% as someone who took xp loss often. 2nd thing, ratio xp/sp isn't the same everywhere, specially before ertheia, you'd have things that gave tons of experience, while giving almost zero sp. crossroads was one example !
yes, some ppl already reached over 50% xp at 99 before ap was introduced, back then 2,1b sp was max and it got reduced to 210m sp.
