Problem with buying PA

    hello,


    i have a problem when i try to add funds using skrill because everytime i to do it i get the following message :

    error

    your account is locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments therefore we cannot complete this transaction.

    to unlock your account, you must upload funds into your skrill (moneybookers) account via bank transfer.

    i know there are money on the account so i was wondering if any1 can give some advices and not ******** lines like "go for paypal" or any other trolling.

    if the problem is with skrill then you might have to go to them to sort out the problem. you could try to add funds to your account to skrill via bank transfer but that will take a few days to clear.

    i use skrill/moneybookers since a few years and i never had this issue.

    i think you should contact skrill's customers service...
