[Solved]Client dont start

hello

i have a problem, when i try run game for browser i have a error "program launcher has stopped work". when i try run game from ....lineage ii eu/frost/lineageii.exe window opens and after a few seconds automatically closes.

what do i do?? please help

you can't open game via exe.
do you have added exeption in your av/firewall?
also if you can provide a screen.

yes, i tried even with closed fw and av but problem still exist. ;/ i dont have idea what is wrong.

 

do you try reinstal 4game app?

 

reinstall too didnt help...

 

please clean your system usinc ccleaner application.

 

i cleaned reg before using cccleaner and regedit. still dont work. i will try reinstall graph drivers but i think so that to wont help.

win 7 x64 professional

i managed to solve the problem. i added the folder "lineage ii eu" and "4game" to the exceptions in av and fw. i had to clean up the registry and the problem disappeared.

but i do not understand why when i turned off the av and fw didnt work.

so its must be block by av/firewall after start.
