Healer - Dual S +4 or Requiem Acumen?

i lost heal power with dual s+4?
cuz with dual s+4 i get good bonus.

what is the best option?

like was i said, it is my first time on healer.

 

if you play smart you will never run out of mana. if we speak about pvp - go for cutter if you want hp.

 

what is ur prefer for pve/leveling?

even on 93 cutter health is good?

 

well for pve you can play with whatever you want, even with those duals let say. or any caster/buster is ok.

 

but how about healer power?
its true with dual is lowest?

 

yes, everything below r is bad. maybe if it's +++ weapon could be fine but ... but for pve it does not matter so much i would say, so if you want play with it, do it. you can always ress them

 

as one (lazy) healer says .... ress is always cheaper in cost of mana :d but that's just besides the topic :d
