hi everyone, before i get started, i have to say that i'm not really sure about damage formulas and how every modifier applies, and i also googled about and i was a bit disappointed, so i will ask here just to be sure. so, as a 92 tank with standard ch buffs, no melodies and rage aura on, after i eventually got this ring to lv9 i wanted to check how good it is, and here are my results: without: 3639-4396 min-max crit dmg on about 100hits with: 3659-4433. i know the sample size isn't very big, but there are 2 main questions i have: is the bonus this ring gives % or static? because i read here it is +10static, which would be kind of ridicolous, given the weak mdef and weak other bonuses. second question is about damage range variation, looks like there is about 20% difference between highest and lowest, and if this is correct once one gets full critical setup (buffs, weapon, epics) we might be talking about 2-3k dmg possible difference on crit, it sounds huge to me. thanks for answers.
that ring not worth attention. if you want low mdef ring get one from oly. same bonuses as ant queen ring.
i know about olys' aq, zaken and tezza, but i'm not noble yet (hope to get there before last round this month just for that), but that seemed quite nice too, at least on paper. still i don't know about its actual effect, and also about that damage variation stuff.
test trials: low damage | high damage items tested: ring of queen ant, ring of baium, earth wyrm heart ring, octavis' ring, olympiad warrior's ring, ring of insolence ix, and tauti's ring. normal damage: 99 | 478 critical damage: 199 | 1,533 critical damage with ring of insolence ix: 209 | 1,540 critical damage with ring of queen ant: 229 | 1,754 critical damage with ring of baium: 229 | 1,754 critical damage with octavis' ring: 229 | 1,754 critical damage with olympiad warrior's ring: 229 | 1,754 critical damage with tauti's ring: 229 | 1,754 critical damage with earth wyrm heart ring: 239 | 1,828 critical damage with ring of queen ant and ring of baium: 264 | 2,009 critical damage with ring of baium and earth wyrm heart ring: 275 | 2,093

its give static 20, big joke from developer for the long quest soul baium not the ****! but l2 have total stupid reward in quests 90% no worth to do or 99%, you are forced to bay it coz you can't take it 100% my equip is from auction house.
