Problems logging second account

hi all, i can play with my pa without problems but when i try to log my second account i cant. i have 2 errors: "you have been disconnected from the server" or "you are already logging in".

- i used two explorers
- i tried to differents acounts (non pa)
- i unsinstalled and reinstalled 4game twice
- i fixed the game
- servers was "light"
- my antivirus was ok with l2 and 4game

anyone knows how can i fix it? i pay pa and i cant play with 2 accounts...

 

same problem here.... can't log on 2 accounts despite the pa...

 

i have the same problem, i need some manual - i have other email,but in section add second email i canâ´t use it

 

same problem for me... second game instance starts, but closes after a short time of running

you should login your account with pa first. thanks a lot for support team!

 

you should have two or more accounts (2+ emails registered at https://eu.4game.com/registration/ )
you will not be able to play with two characters from one account at the same time (even if your account will be premium!).

i've registered two accounts and not i'm running them in parallel like this:

• lunch a game using a premium account from google chrome
  1) lunch "google chrome"
  2) go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
  3) sing in with your premium account
  4) click "play" button and log into the game using your character
  5) use your method to get back to windows desktop (it's good for me just to hit "win" button on the keyboard several times in a raw )
• make a "new incognito window" in "google chrome"

• go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ in your "new incognito window"
• sing in with other account
• click "play" button...

here a new (2nd) game instance should open and you will be able to select a server, a character and so on (as usual...).
