DC at select server screen

any idea why im getting dc one and anothertime when im trying to log in??? when i click in the server nothing happens and after 3s it tell me that i were dc, after i try to login and when log in tell me that account its on use.

will be good if u fix 1 thing try to keep the others fixed..... this server its really annyoning. in the ncsoft i never had a trouble here is one after one.....

 

you need to make a manual fix under the game launch page. there is a small update of about 20mo that needs to be loaded.
