SoulShot Problem

well, i really don't know if that's a bug, or depends on my internet lag.
but the automatic soulshot activation seems strange/laggy/bugged.

the fact is: for 10 hits i give on mobs 1 goes without soulshot, doesn't show the skin of the "smoke" and the damage is lower...so, no shot on that hit.

how that automatic thing works?


so, does anyone knows what's that?
if i have internet lag, is it a possible answer for that issue?
how can i fix that? or maybe how can innovateam fix it if it's not only with me.
it's really strange and it's disturbing me >.<

example : 10 prominence , first hit bss active fast hit power hit , 9 hit slow slow slow slow no power hit (bss no used auto)
