i repost here since i don't know if any mod/cm read it. - server start planned for december, 7th at 3-4pm, actually opened december, 8th at 0:40 am my feelings => innova didn't plan to have so much success so the hardware wasn't powerful enough - no bound duals my feelings => innova doesn't even know a common bug while they have ru server running with god for month - no path of awakening to compensate the lack of bound duals can't find the topic but the answer was something like "we lack of web developer to implement such a feature". my feelings => innova doesn't want to invest enough money to allow players to play in the same conditions as ncwest - mentoring feature not implemented yet my feelings => innova doesn't want to invest enough money to allow players to play in the same conditions as ncwest - aore healer's masterys screwed my feelings => innova doesn't even know a common bug while they have ru server running with god for month - bad update with wrong mob levels my feelings => innova didn't wait enough time before applying a bad update / innova didn't test it before applying it - ss lag my feelings => innova doesn't want to invest enough money to allow players to play in the same conditions as ncwest since this bug is usually fixed on private servers by buying a new hardware to run the ms sql server and since this bug doesn't appear on ncwest servers - price of pa almost 2 times higher than on russian servers my feelings => innova wants to make more money instead of using this money hiring developpers/buying new hardware i hope you can fix the ss lag and aore healer's mastery bug with the next update because a server unplayable from 5pm to 10pm with unbalanced healers isn't a game where you want to spend money on.

this section hasn't been created for your feelings,this section has been created for receiving suggestions or advices in order to improve the service and improve the quality of gaming. so if you are qqing about innova and you think ncsoft is better why don't you just come back there?

i didn't say i don't want to stay here either. but we all know that more ppl will complain, more time/money innova will invest to improve their service quality. it isn't hard to deduce suggestions to improve the server : 1) you can anticipate the success of any new server by browsing some fansites forum and counting how many clans planned to join 2/5) use your experience on russian servers to anticipate/fix the bugs 3/4) hire a web developer 6) test any update on a test server before applying it 7/8) invest more money in hardware or cap the max players and reduce pa price.

i heard from a friend that just awakened that he lost robe mastery/light armor mastery/heavy armor mastery when he awakened to iss enchanter, lf confirm for aore healers
