the word "maintance" does not describes in details what is happening, or what are the changes that are made ...
maintenance, whats happening: a. the correction or prevention of faults in hardware by a programme of inspection and the replacement of parts b. the removal of existing faults and the modification of software in response to changes in specification or environment
whaa? they make planned server restarts&maintenance every week. it's done in ncwest servers too. it's much better than random restarts. when you never know when next restart will be. and if they said that today's maintenance will be till 10 am gmt+0, then it means we have to wait 1:15 hours more as now it's 8:45 gmt+0 and about patch notes.. since last week maintenance they write what was fixed after maintenance.
