Problem with 4game and Frost

hi there everyone, i have a problem with 4game launcher, when in the pag launcher i press the play, appears one little window saying : new version of 4game is available, want to install? ok, for now all ok, whein i press yes, the window erases and nothing, i go to l2eu system and i press the l2 ini, the interface appears, later appears frost window, and one window in russian say: frost update don't work, appears full black screen of game, and return to main page without game and installer :/
