Dualbox - do I need 2 x PA account?

hey!

i have quesstion - how to run dualbox on innvoa? i have pa but cant start 2 x game (for example my pa acc + then normal acc or normal acc + then pa acc).

or im doing it wrong?

ncwest must kind of dead since trolls r coming here and trying to recruit pple to go there..

 

they are using pin to log in now, so most of the bots can't log in (for few weeks maybe ). that means there is no players on ncsoft's servers at all, so they are looking for ppl on our servers
