Your In game store stole my money

hi today i put some money on my 4game account (around 16 euros) then i bought one month pa.i was left with 7.19 euros.after that i thought wy wont you buy a rider pounch cost only 0.65 .when i bought it i left with only 2.29 euro to my account.so what happend to my rest 6.54 euros?. please adress this issue and give me a refund.my account info: char name: kobarsos i waiting for your reply i know its not a big ammount but i worked for it so yeah thats it

u transfered 16€ then u bought one month pa which costs 11.99€ according to 4game site 16-12 = 4€ spend more time at school kiddo.
