Virtual memory error

i keep getting virtual memory low crash errors.
my pc has 8gb of ram and 12gb virtual memory.
when l2.exe memory usage tops at 1.5 gb of ram usage i get this error.

insufficient memory.
please check the virtual memory option and avilable hard drive space.
you can check them by going to : control panel->system->advanced->performance->settings->advanced->virtual memory.

jesus 12gb of virtual memory while you have 8gb ram?
disable the virtual memory ffs

 

this is a global problem ;/ from each new chronicle they want made more and more fireworks but they still using old unreal engine

 

the problem is known, i`ve sent report

 

display settings> textures = average > profit
the problem is related with graphic card memory, high textures more memory usage, l2 engine is too old.

 

yeah lets pass l2 to hammer editor

 

problem doesn't appear in ncwest client just tested it(naia aden with all the shops) memory usage exceeded 1,5 gb on l2.bin no crush, so its something wrong with innovas client.
