Where Can I get B grade armor and weap?

hi guys im new @ l2.im currently lvl 52 spellhowler and i was wondering where can i get b grade weapon and armor thanks in advance

 

armors u can buy in any armory shop or privet shop/auctions.b wep ull get from pailaka 49lv.
as far as i know there is no q for armors b.

 

thought low b you get from lv49 - ?? pailaka.

ok so pailaka is a quest or

 

it's easy 1 person low raid boss in instance in gludin village.u just kill few mobs on the way,speak to npcs,collect quest items,whole quest takes about 30mins.

low b weapon from lv49 paliaka instance: http://l2wiki.com/pailaka_-_song_of_ice_and_fire quest npc can be found in gludin (right side to the church entrance) and oren (in front of the warehouse).

low & top b weapon/armor from weapon-/armorshop in aden. click on the 'mysterious weapon/armor' option to get cheap bound ones. bound b armor does give set bonus, bound b weapon gets random sa.
