Int CP lf Tank

Hello,

If you're already bored by seeing this wall of text, and because I'm a nice guy, there is a TL;DR part at the bottom that sums up everything. You lazy ***.

As you probably guessed by reading the title, the idea is to make a new CP. Goal of the CP :
- PvE
- PvP
Yup, it's that simple. The objective will be to create a strong CP able to farm efficiently the instances in order to free as much time as possible to make other stuff (XP party/PvP Party/Orgy Party). That's why the minimum requirement level will be 99 (Most of instances are now 99+). This level requirement may be lowered a little for some classes harder to find, such as supports (97+).
I also ask people in the CP to be able to communicate in english, because most or all of the communication will be made in english. As such, a -decent- microphone is required. Oh, and please, have a PA, otherwise XP will be way too hard to reach 101 decently.

So, what is the schedule ? Well, there will be some mandatory instances, like Gludio/Mystic Tavern/Balok (and then Attelia Fortress when everyone will be 100+), and the others will be discussed between members. Probably will be added in the list Tauti/E.octa/E.isti due to the (low) probability of drops which means some money. Anyway, as said before, it'll be discussed between members to decide if the reward, be it xp or drops, is worth the time or not. Of course, being here for clan sieges will be mandatory. I mean, who does even play not to go CS ?
It'll be at least 3 days a week (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday), with of course some activities for the CP members here the other days.

What is the composition of the CP ?
It'll be a standard 2healers/1tank CP, so :
- Healer - To find
- Healer - To find
- Iss - To find
- Tank - Sigel 99
- DD - Yul 101 (dual Heal 99)
- DD - Wynn 100 (dual Feoh 99)
- DD - To find

About the classes, a Hierophant Iss would be better, for the 101 skill (PoM). I can pay for the Chaos Essence if needed. As for the DDs, if one could be a CW dagger, it'd increase the overall party damage by a lot.

Drop sharing : I get everything, then I cash out. (My assistant is telling me that usually the order is to do it, then to write it, but **** the conventions). (Lame) joke aside, we will decide some goals (example : the healer 2 is lacking an abundance talisman, then it'll be the primary focus for the CP, etc etc) together. Main objective is to make sure everyone gets his fair share (except me, but it's not like I care about it...) so no one got screwed.

TL;DR

Hello, new CP. Name : Ruby. Currently look for 2 DDs (if possible 1 CW), 1 Iss (if possible, PP), 1 tank and 2 healers. Requirements :
-99+ (DDs), 97+ (supports).
-Be able to speak/understand (even if not perfectly) english
-Have a microphone
-Have a PA.
-Be here on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday (and sunday for sieges)
-Be motivated. I mean, level can be acquired, stuff can be farmed. But motivation is hard to create ex nihilo.
