I can't open the l2 store in the game

    I press the "L2 store" button, but nothing opens.
    Restore game= done, nothing.
    Reset the windows= done, nothing.
    I have restarted the game several times, and yesterday could not.
    Help please.

    Find windowsinfo.ini file in system folder and delete it
