Heartbreakers doesn't give 'bleed' as effect. Bloodstab and Razor rain does. Yet,Bloodstab miss a lots if skilled on someone with UE on.

Debuffs lands even with UEs on,true. Damage doesn't. You can Stab people on UE and see they will get 'bleed' debuff and yet they would dodge the damage.

So i don't know where people saw "skills with debuffs landing 100%"...best of L2PrivateJavas i guess.

The only skill (for some reason) which CANNOT be dodged,it's "jump attack" from tyrr warrior. For some reason that skill lands damages 100% (it's not sarcasm...i mean,so far it NEVER missed even once since i play 'Othell Rogue')

It's not skill with debuff, it's skills with stun effect.
